We are selling an Industrial Paint Munufacturing company.
We manufacture steel, floor, waterproof (no silicones) marine, roof and other various coatings. All coatings have been tested to stringent levels.
Salt/fog test fails after 800+ hours, galvanised plate failed after 420+ hours.
Paint tested to last for 5 years without deterioration.
Marine coating is very hard - no toxins used for anti fouling.

Expansion potential:

Depending upon the owner, this product has very long legs. We were approached by a ship builder to buy the paint for their ship building business. That is just a part of the business.

Competition / Market:

We are one of the few Irish Industrial Coating manufacturers. There are numerous manufacturers that import their product, we manufacture everything in Ireland.

Reasons for selling:

We have established into another business and are not affording this any time at present. It is a wonderful product, and we think it best that we sell out and afford someone else the opportunity to make something of it.
